European Future Forum
Registration

We invite you to register for participation in the European Future Forum. Interested participants are asked to select the type of registration and fill in the form below. Registration takes place via the Evenea.pl system. Registration for the European Future Forum is carried out from September 9 to October 8, 2021. Registration for the event entitles you to participate in each of the days of the Forum. By registering for the European Future Forum event:

1. the user / participant confirms that he has read the Regulations of the event “European Future Forum” – available here: https://efp-silesia.pl/regulations/;
2. the user / participant confirms that he has read the information on personal data protection – available here: https://efp-silesia.pl/en/privacy-policy/
3. the user / participant gives their voluntary consent to the processing of personal data by the Organizer to the extent necessary to participate in the “European Future Forum”.
