Zuzanna Bartczak, Deputy Director in the PwC Public Sector and Infrastructure Team
For almost 8 years associated with PwC. Currently, she is the deputy director of the PwC Public Sector and Infrastructure Team in the Business Advisory Department. She also has almost 10 years of experience in working in public administration.
Zuzanna specializes in advising public sector institutions, including government and local government administration offices. It implements projects in the field of building and implementing strategies for the development of cities and regions, creating economic activation programs and supporting companies, implementing the Smart City concept, especially in the area of Open Data.
Together with Professor Witold Orłowski, she co-created PwC’s regular reports on Polish metropolises, including the “Fight for clean air” report.
Zuzanna also specializes in management improvements, reducing administrative burdens and optimizing the functioning of public sector institutions. She managed projects for the implementation of the integrated qualifications system in Poland.
She has an MBA Executive diploma.
