Witold Sałandyk, Operations Director of EMEA and Nexteer Automotive Poland

Responsible for achieving the operational goals of plants in Tychy, Gliwice and Morocco. Focused on the development of talents, the implementation of the Business Plan, supervision over the launch of new projects and the development of Nexteer Production System activities at the EMEA level.

Witold joined Nexteer Automotive Poland sp. z o.o in January 2019 as Plant Director in Tychy and did a unique job implementing and building a new organization based on the autonomy of plants in Poland. Earlier, Witold gained experience in operational and management work at HirschVogel in Poland and the United States – as President and CEO.

He obtained a master’s degree in engineering at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and completed Executive MBA studies.
