Author of 9 monographs, including 7 in English on the subject of broadly understood professional work, in particular work 4.0. and changes in the organizations of Industry 4.0., 10 book volumes edited by our own scientific editors, 5 issues of scientific journals and over 120 scientific articles in high-ranking journals and scientific papers, including 16 in journals from IF. She actively participated in 45 national scientific conferences, 26 foreign conferences, was the organizer or co-organizer of 14 national scientific conferences and 20 scientific symposia, 4 international conferences. Member of the scientific council of 4 national journals, permanent reviewer of 2 scientific journals. She coordinated the implementation of 12 aid projects for social and professional integration, co-financed by the European Social Fund. She has received many awards and distinctions for her scientific and research activities). Currently, she manages the International Center for Interdisciplinary Research and the Laboratory for Research and Analysis of Working Conditions of Industrial Occupations.
