Olgierd Cieślik, President of the Management Board of Totalizator Sportowy

A graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Economics in Katowice.
He graduated from MBA studies for Financiers at the University of Entrepreneurship and Management. Leon Koźmiński in Warsaw.
He has many years of managerial experience in the field of strategic consulting, creating financial strategies and day-to-day management of companies and capital groups, gained while serving as a Member of the Management Board and Financial Director of commercial law companies. He undertook numerous innovative projects, projects aimed at increasing the value of companies, as well as consulting projects for entrepreneurs on a national scale. He has knowledge of the functioning of the capital market and the rules of ownership supervision over companies – including listed companies. He led Totalizator Sportowy through the largest transformation in the company’s 65-year history, thanks to which it became an operator of games of chance, the only legal online casino and slot machines outside casinos at the highest technological and world level. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the European State Lotteries and Toto Association – this year, as the first president in the history of Totalizator Sportowy, he was appointed for the second term.
