Novella Burioli, Managing Director – Intesa Sanpaolo Warsaw Branch 

Novella has been Managing Director of the Intesa Sanpaolo Warsaw Branch since January 2019. In this role she oversees the development of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group banking activities in the Polish market as well as the organic growth of the branch’ operations.

Prior to the current role and since January 2008, when she joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group in Hong Kong, Novella held various roles within the International Department of the IMI Corporate & Investment Division of the Bank in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong supporting a diversified portfolio of Italian and International corporates.  

Previously Novella worked in the legal field for 4.5yrs between China and Hong Kong.

Novella is an International Law graduate at the University of Bologna and completed a China based Post-Graduate Business Programme sponsored by the European Commission and the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC).
