A graduate of the Gdynia Maritime University (2003). From 2006 to 2016, he worked on MPSV offshore vessels serving various marine installations. In the years 2014 – 2016 he was the Captain on these units. Helicopter Landing Officer, Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer. Helicopter Underwater Escape Training instructor with experience in training special forces at the Canadian Falck Nutec training center in Dourtmont Canada. Founder of Vulcan Training & Consultancy sp.z o.o. (2017), which in the last 3 years has become the largest provider of safety training for the offshore Oil & Gas and Wind industries in Central and Eastern Europe. Vulcan Training & Consultancy Sp. z o.o. (VTC) today offers nearly 60 training courses in the OPITO, GWO and IRATA accreditation, and each accreditation can be seen as a separate completed project. As the President of the Management Board, he lectures for the Gdańsk University of Technology in the field of offshore competences at postgraduate studies “Offshore wind energy”.
