Marcin Petrykowski, President of the Management Board of Atende S.A.

Marcin Petrykowski has over 20 years of business experience, during which he managed and managed the strategic development and operational activities of global capital market institutions. Currently, he is the President of the Management Board in the technology group Atende S.A. listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, simultaneously acting as an Advisor in the field of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in the international investment fund Vauban Infrastructure Partners.
Previously associated with S&P Global (previous name: Standard & Poor’s) where he managed the company’s operations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. As Managing Director at S&P Global Ratings, he introduced the company to Poland and the CEE region, as well as transformed the EMEA commercial organization into a new operating model. Prior to joining S&P, he was the Executive Director of J.P. Morgan Corporate and Investment Bank in London, responsible for the German, Russian and CEE markets, simultaneously acting as the Deputy General Director of J.P. Morgan in Poland. He started his career in Citi corporate banking in Warsaw.
He also has extensive experience in the field of digital economy and technology development: he has held a long-term supervisory position in the GPW-listed pan-European Private Equity fund MCI Capital S.A., and today he is a FinTech lecturer at the University of Warsaw and Chairman of the Program Council of the Fintech Digital CEE industry conference.
He remains a member of the Council of the Lesław A. Paga, and in the past he was a long-term member of the board of directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland (AmCham). A graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland program, Kozminski University, Lund School of Economics and Management and postgraduate studies, incl. at the University of Warsaw.
