Currently, the HR Director of the Maflow automotive group and Boryszew Automotive Plastics, which are part of the Boryszew Group, one of the largest Polish industrial groups, specializing in the production of car components, production of steel products, processing of non-ferrous metals and industrial chemistry.

A graduate of the University of Economics and Administration at the Faculty of Economics with a specialization in Management Accounting and of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Postgraduate Managerial Studies, as well as Postgraduate Studies in European Standards in Accounting and Finance.
