Co-founder of the Internet Governance Forum Poland (IGF Poland) – the largest multilateral forum for debate on internet governance. A long-term director at the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Ministry of Administration and Digitization and the Ministry of Digitization. He implemented in the Polish legal order, inter alia, the reuse directive, the e-commerce directive, he took an active part in the legislative work of the EU Council on the GDPR, the NIS directive, reuse. Currently, he works at NASK as a legal advisor.
