Leszek Hołda, Member of the Management Board PKP Energetyka

In the PKP Energetyka Group, he is responsible for the following areas: traction energy sales, relationships with key customers and R&D activities. He is the deputy chairman of the Presidium of the Program Council of the Railway Energy Efficiency Center – CEEK. Previously, in 2012-2016, in the Orange Group, he held two positions at the same time – the director of sales to key and corporate clients at Orange Polska and the president of Integrated Solutions. Under his leadership, Integrated Solutions has grown from a startup position into a leading player on the IT market within five years. In the years 2009–2012, as the director of the Orange UEFA Euro 2012 project, he managed a team of over 1,000 people responsible for technological services in Poland and for the activation of marketing rights in 11 European countries. Hołda is an effective manager specializing in comprehensive, strategic projects strengthening the position of enterprises in the main segments of the business market (B2B). His economic domains also include: electromobility, the development of energy market transformation technologies and the marketing of B2B solutions. Leszek Hołda is a graduate of MBA studies at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. Earlier, he graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology and the University of Economics in Krakow.
