He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Silesia, legal adviser, Member of Parliament of the Republic of Poland (3rd-9th term), 2005 – 2007 Minister of Transport, 9th term parliamentary committees: Infrastructure (deputy chairman), Administration and Internal Affairs (deputy chairman).
