Marek Woch, Ph.D. – General Director in the Office of the Ombudsman for Small and Medium Enterprises.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Management in Warsaw. Member of the Polish Legislation Society in Warsaw. Member of the FONTES Association for Research on Sources and Functions of Law. He specializes in constitutional law, health protection law and legal philosophy.

From 2019, in the Office of the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurs. Responsible for the work of the Legal and Legislative Department and the Administration and Finance Department. In November 2020, he is promoted to the position of General Director.

In 2016-2019, he was the plenipotentiary of the President of the National Health Fund for contacts with non-governmental organizations and public authorities.

In 2015, he was appointed a Court Expert in the field of management and organization of health care at the Warsaw-Praga District Court in Warsaw.
