dr hab. Elwira Gross-Gołacka – Department of Theory and Methods of Organization, Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. The author of the first book in Poland on diversity management, entitled Managing diversity in the organization. Towards diversified human resources in the organization. Many years of practice in the implementation of national and international research projects related to the labor market and people management. Lecturer and trainer. She has performed numerous managerial positions in public finance sector units, including general director, department director, minister’s counselor. Author of over 60 publications on diversity management, intellectual capital management and quality management in administration. She has experience in cooperation with international organizations of the United Nations – UNDP and the EU. In the years 2018-2020, she was the director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Organization and Management in Industry “Orgmasz”.
