Dominik Sypniewski is a legal advisor. He deals with matters related to administrative law, in particular issues related to legal issues of real estate and the investment and construction process (real estate management, spatial development, construction law). Lawyer and assistant professor at the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics, he is also a scholarship holder of the Polish-American Fulbright Commission at the Georgetown University Law Center. Author of numerous publications in the field of administrative law and real estate management, co-author of a commentary to the Construction Law Act (LexisNexis), as well as templates of applications, letters and contracts used in real estate management and the investment and construction process available in the LexPolonica program. He provides customer service in Polish and English.
