Dr Anna Onopiuk, Research and teaching worker, Department of Food Technology and Design, Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences

Dr Anna Onopiuk is a research and teaching worker at the Department of Food Technology and Design at the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She received the title of doctor of agricultural sciences in the discipline of food and nutrition technology in 2019 at the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Dr. Anna Onopiuk has participated in many research projects, incl. “Optimization of beef production in Poland, in accordance with the strategy” from fork to the farm “(ProOptiBeef) and” BIOFINE – innovative, functional products of animal origin “. Currently, she is the R&D manager of the Project entitled Innovative functional food fats with increased nutritional, pro-health and technological value in the “spray-off” and “friendly use” system implemented under the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020. Received the award of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements and the Minister’s Diploma NiSW for the project “A method of producing dried beef and dried beef, especially for children”. She is the author of three patents granted by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and 28 scientific publications.
