Social politician, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź. In his research work, she deals with the issues of the labor market, diversity on the labor market and professional activation. She publishes in industry and popularizing magazines. Her economic and social commentaries appeared on the front pages of nationwide titles and widely read portals. Professionally associated with public and private universities, local government and social revitalization. Student of Moscow State University and Linköping University in Sweden. Awarded with the UNIVERSITAS LODZIENSIS ALUMNO LAUDE DIGNISSIMO medal of the University of Lodz.
