It is the future of Europe that is devoted to the first day of the European Future Forum. The challenges and goals facing the old continent, various formats of European cooperation and the digital future of Europe will dominate the Forum’s thematic panels on October 6.

25th anniversary of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. is an excellent opportunity to show how much has happened over the years during the European Future Forum, but also to talk about active participation in the further economic transformation of the region.

The President of the Katowice Special Economic Zone, Dr. Janusz Michałek, says about it in his statement after the EFF press conference.

The arena of the European Future Forum is a unique facility in Silesia, Poland and Europe. It is the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów, where a modern conference center has just been built.

The chairman of the Program Council of the European Future Forum is Mr. Artur Kozłowski, Director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Innovative Technologies EMAG.

The #EFP Program Council, chaired by the Institute, will play a key role in the organization of this event. Will be created, among others a technological plan that will support the Silesian Board. Positive energy when making groundbreaking decisions for our region!

The President of the Silesian Development Fund – Marcin Wilk admits that gathering representatives of the world of local government, business, science and politics in such a short time is a huge challenge.

In a statement press conference, which took place on June 29, 2021 at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów, Deputy Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship, Wojciech Kałuża, talked about, inter alia, the issue of changing the economic profile of the Śląskie Voivodeship.

He emphasized the need to listen to the voice of specialists who take bold steps in new technologies in the context of economic transformation. He added that the region is prepared for further necessary changes.

Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. is one of the strategic partners of the European Future Forum, which will be held on October 6-8, 2021 at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów.

KSEZ S.A. celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. On this occasion, the event agenda includes panels concerning, inter alia, implementation of the European Green Deal policy, as well as cooperation within the SA&AM Cluster, which is a response to the challenges of the automotive sector.

– We want to show you everything that we have managed to do together over the past 25 years in our region – declares the President of the Katowice SEZ S.A. dr. Janusz Michałek.

The culmination is the evening, ceremonial Gala of the Katowice SEZ S.A. scheduled for October 7.
